Catch up

I know it's been like 10 days but I've been super super busy!! Tuesday I moved dorm rooms and I've been trying to get settled along with classes, meetings, friends, parties, homework, not to mention trying to get a few hours of sleep in! These are my favorite looks from the past few days...

So Monday my friends and I had Best Friends day on Martin Luther King Jr day and we went to Montgomery and shopped, went out to eat, did community service it was pretty fun! That day I did a "no makeup" makeup look, I used my Stila Stay all day foundation and concealer, Tarte Amazonian Clay mascara, Lorac eyeliner pen, and I want to say a Stila eyeshadow with the Urban Decay eyeshadow primer. On my lips I have a Revlon Lip Butter on in Pink Truffle(my fave!!!). 

Thursday night my friends and I went out and I decided to go dark with the makeup... I used the Urban Decay Smoked palette and combined my Better than Sex and They're Real! mascara for my eyes, the Stay all day foundation and concealer, and for my lips I used both the Stila Stay all day liquid lipstick in Amore topped with a Butter Lippy liquid lipstick in La Moss. 

Also for my eyebrows in both pictures I just like line them with a regular Maybelline eyeliner in black brown I'm not exactly sure what kind it is, but it's just a pencil and I love it... I don't need to fill them in so I just outline the shape a little bit so they look really defined...

Happy Hump Day!!

Today I woke up and tweeted "I can tell it's going to be a good day when my eyelashes are so long that they touch my glasses or eyelids" and I made it happen. Seriously I had an amazing day and I think it's all due to my eyelashes. My classes went well, I had some ice cream, Mexican food and I gained a few Instagram followers so it was a pretty darn good day! Anyways excuse the brightness of the photo but this is what I ended up looking like (that's my friend Kayla in the back)... 

I used my Stila eyeshadow I layered the Tarte Amazonian clay mascara and the Too Faced Better than Sex mascara(my absolute fave), an Urban Decay gel eyeliner and I used my Stila Stay all day foundation and concealer. Basically my conclusion is when you look good you feel good, that's why I always try to take the extra effort to make myself look better, I mean not all the time but just for like an extra pick me up... kinda like a shot of espresso or vodka whichever you prefer! Makeup is my drug lol. 

Intro

Hello! My name is Jazmine and I'm 20 years old and I just wanted to start a blog about my hair makeup and life I guess. I'm pretty normal I guess, I like doing my makeup, hair, and watching the Kardashian's when I have time. I think Miley Cyrus is amazing and I have no qualms about obsessing over One Direction. I'm very friendly and it takes a lot to get me irritated but the one thing that does get me upset is other people being rude for no reason. Currently I'm a junior in college and I'm studying mathematics but I don't really know what I'm going to do with that. My future is kind of in limbo right now and I guess the only thing I have a firm grasp on is my appearance so I do my best to keep that up and even then it's kinda random. I love attention and have a flair for the dramatics but only in the best way possible, I don't cause any problems with anyone and no one has problems with me (as far as I know.) Also I have my parents who have supported me through so much, last semester I took a semester off college and they were really cool about it and didn't down me for it, and they've helped me so much this past 6 months and I will be forever grateful for them. I also have two little brothers who are the best, they are annoying but I love them and they're hilarious (but not as funny as me.) I have the most amazing friends anyone can ask for they deal with all my little quirks and laugh at my jokes which is really all I can ask for. So basically that's all there is to know about me, and I hope that even if no one reads this I can in the future and get a better grasp on my life and my personal growth I guess...
